Matthew, a grade 11 student, started playing piano at age 4. Having attained First Class Honours and Distinction on his ARCT piano diploma, Matthew exemplifies his passion for music in various competitions, festivals, and talent shows. He further embraces his musical qualities when performing competitive Figure Skating, finishing as the first place overall Novice Men Skater in the BC Yukon Territory 2023 Season. Matthew is also an active contestant in speech & debate, vehemently arguing about topics ranging from banning zoos to fighting geopolitical tensions. He is looking forward to spreading his mostly positive energy around the greater community.
